Overview:
  • Analyze client reported email toverify potentially malicious disposition by looking for indicators of compromiseand blocking relevant artifacts to prevent reappearance.•Investigate anomalous firewall logs and MDR security alerts and enact remediation efforts.
  • Apply troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to IT related issues to keep client businesses operational.
  • Ensure successful implementation and sustainability of hardware and software.
  • Communicate with customers as required, keeping them informed of incident progress and notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.
  • Respond to phone calls and tickets for a variety of technical support issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Carry out evening, weekend and holiday on-call support as determined by rotation.
  • Maintain an organization-wide documentation platform.
  • Utilize Active Directory for user and computer administration tasks such as password resets, security group assignment and new user creation.
  • Assist end users with issues related to Windows 10, Windows 11 and MacOS operating systems.
  • Work alongsideclientsand vendors to support applications, client specific software, printers, and other technologies.
  • Perform network troubleshooting, primarily referencing the Cisco Meraki ecosystem.
  • Provide remote access solutions and support with VPN, remote desktopservices, and Citrix.
  • Manage 3CX VoIP phone systems for 10+ client sites
