• Building out custom computers on Dell’s site to quote client
• Setting up computers and supporting all Tier 1 issues related to them
• Configuring and monitoring all devices in client network via SNMP and WMI
• Building templates for quick deployment of new servers in vCenter
• Quarterly updates of firmware and hardware for devices in a client’s network (CIMC, Switches, Routers, ASA, SAN, Meraki, & Barracuda)
• Building, deploying, and managing virtual and physical servers
• Upgrading and managing all vCenter and VMWare hosts
• Using Cloud based system to manage machines (scripts for pushing software, screen sharing, backend commands for trouble shooting)
• Creating onboarding, trouble shooting, and network management documentation for all clients, also keeping them up to date and stored in a shared cloud database
• Managing and prioritizing tickets that come in from clients, also assigning them to the proper engineer to get the job done quickly
• Creating and managing SharePoint, one drives, and accounts in 365
• Upgrading, managing, and supporting different client’s environments
• Take after hours calls from monitoring system and taking steps to ensure that clients environments are fixed and kept running smoothly.
• Managing monthly patching of PCs and Servers
• Creating and maintaining of runbooks for the clients that cover all aspects of the contract
• Onboarding new customers (network discovery, creating SNMP string, AD service accounts, adding to monitor system, and update info in cloud database
• Trouble shooting and repairing/rebuilding of VMWare/Hyperflex environments, windows servers, and computers.
• Completing projects based on SOW
• Building and deploying new server and hardware.
