What are your responsibilities?

• Provide the highest quality candidates to supported business segment/units/regions;

• Prescreen and interview candidates, utilizing behavioral based interviewing methodologies, as well as work with the Scheduling Coordinator to manage interview scheduling and logistics with candidates and hiring managers;

• Lead and document post-interview debrief / feed-back with interview teams and candidates;

• Provide recruitment status metrics to all pertinent stakeholders regularly;

What you need to apply?

• 3+ yrs prior Enterprise Sales Recruiting experience

• BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience
