What are your responsibilities?
Provide the highest quality candidates to supported business segment/units/regions;
Prescreen and interview candidates, utilizing behavioral based interviewing methodologies, as well as work with the Scheduling Coordinator to manage interview scheduling and logistics with candidates and hiring managers;
Lead and document post-interview debrief / feed-back with interview teams and candidates;
Provide recruitment status metrics to all pertinent stakeholders regularly;
What you need to apply?
3+ yrs prior Enterprise Sales Recruiting experience
BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred
Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience
