My client is a global recruitment consultancy specialising in recruiting top talent for organisations involved in the energy, agriculture, and metal supply chains. They operate with a fully integrated international team and are looking for a Senior Associate who’s got experience in managing both clients and candidates relationships.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high level position with committed and retained clients, as well as work on your leadership skills mentoring associates to build on their business skills and assist them in progressing to a Senior level.
What your responsibilities will be:
Build and develop long term relationships with existing clients
Manage a key account and the full end to end project delivery of any mandates
Develop a good understanding of client companies, what they do, and their work culture and environment
Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates
Candidate control – keep in regular contact to review progress and performance
Pre-screen candidates for suitability and conduct interviews
Review CVs / market placeable candidates, search/shortlist CVs in line with the mandates you are handling, and ensure CVs are of a specific standard and reflective of client requests
