Sales Operations Manager

Our new partner is a growing organization that provides a virtual assistant for enterprise HR departments - an autonomous conversational AI platform that helps enterprises to have a better employee experience.

They are looking for an ambitious Sales Operations Manager to join their team in NYC.
This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to be a critical member of the sales management team.

Accountabilities:

  • Track long term sales data
  • Provide planning support to Sales Leadership
  • Support and continuously improve adoption of the sales tech stack
  • Monitor data and performance of sales and marketing activities
  • Ad-hoc analyses as required by Sales leadership
  • Train and onboard new salespeople

They are looking for someone with:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales operations in a fast-growing SaaS business
  • In-depth knowledge of CRMs
  • Exceptional quantitative and MS Excel skills (sumifs, index and vlookup)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
