Due to significant growth, they are looking for a Market/Sales to come on board as a GM of a larger territory. They will report directly in the SVP and have ownership over the P&L of their defined market.
Success in this role will be measured not just by GP and EBITDA but most importantly by employee and customer satisfaction. Our client understands that building a long-term successful business it's not just about profit but also about providing a superior service!
Accountabilities include:
- Sales Strategy - Ownership over the development and execution within your defined market
- Internal relationships - Working closely with the leadership team across North America to assist in achieve broader business objectives
- Leading from the front - Personal contribution of GP through maximising key accounts as well as strategically targeting new business
- Recruitment - Growing a high performing team and focusing with a strong focus on retention and increasing employee satisfaction
- Exceeding Targets - Ensuring targets are met and ideally exceeded in relation to GP and EBITDA
- Growth of your territory - Focusing on growth across transactional software business, Managed Services, and Digital Supply Chain
