With over 20 years in the industry, our partner is a leading executive search firm from NYC operating worldwide and partnering with some of the world’s leading trading organisations. They are looking for an Executive Consultant to join their London Based team.

What you’ll be responsible for?
- Identify and developing client/business relationships
- Advise on and sell the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
- Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment
-Source suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client

Requirements to apply:

- 3 years of experience in consulting
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Understanding of Recruitment Marketing software is a plus
- Good knowledge of candidates selection methods
