REQUIREMENTS
-Knowledge of Companies Act 2014 and regulations regarding beneficial ownership of companies.
-Strong computer skills - knowledge of CORE, RBO, and Diligent (Blueprint) or other company secretarial software
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-An ability to prioritize and work to tight deadlines.
-An ability to work effectively as part of a team.
-Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
-A high level of motivation and an ability to act on one’s own initiative.
EXPERIENCE:
-Minimum of 1-2 years in a company secretarial role
-Candidate ideally ICSA part qualified, knowledgeable in all areas of company secretarial practice and with previous experience working in practice
