Job Title – Lifting Examiner

Location – London

Salary - £36k + Overtime + Van

The Role:

• This is an excellent opportunity for a Lifting Examiner to join the team of a rapidly expanding company that supplies equipment & services to the construction industry.
• The main parts of the role include visiting branches and customer sites to offer thorough examinations of fleeted low level access machines and lifting equipment in line with LOLER and PUWER regulations.
• The role is home-based covering the London area.
  

Required Skills:

• You will need experience of either low-level access machines, general lifting, and material handling equipment, preferably gained within a similar industry
• You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
• NVQ Level 2 in plant maintenance or IPAF CAP qualification is desirable
• LEEA (or similar) qualification is preferable – or willingness to complete LEEA certification is essential, if not already holding the Entrance examination.
• IPAF operators’ card is preferable.
• Valid full UK driving license is essential.
• Any service engineer / lifting engineer experience is also great
