Job Title: Key Account Hire Controller

Location: Manchester (Trafford Park)

Salary: £25k - £30k + Bonus + benefits

Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual to work as an implant hire controller / sales controller with the day to day running of a busy hire and sales desk. This is an excellent position with definite opportunities for progression and promotion.

Duties will include:

• Taking sale and hire orders from clients over the phone
• Liaising with branches to organise deliveries and collections of equipment.
• Dealing with visitors, customers, and drivers with courtesy always.
• Raising contracts / Administer sales and hires through the set procedures of the company
• Maximise hire & sales revenue opportunities
• Liaising with customers, assisting them with their enquiries in a professional manner.
• Liaising with the Sales Representatives and Depot Manager

Skills & Qualifications:

• IT literate – confident in using various systems
• Organisation / Personality / Drive and intelligence / Communication skills
• Beneficial to have experience of any type of equipment hire role within Plant Hire / Tool Hire / Powered Access / Lifting Industry.
• Construction based background would be advantageous.
