Job Title - Internal Sales Executive
Location – Morley, Leeds
Salary – Circa £30k per annum + quarterly bonus
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Internal Sales Executive to work for a national company that supply equipment and services into the construction industry. Experience of cold calling, nurturing prospects, meeting daily / weekly / monthly targets and closing sales are essential.
The main parts of the role include:
- You’ll operate independently, manage your own call plans, grow your pipeline of prospects, use CRM systems to ensure all opportunities are followed up.
- You will need to demonstrate new business growth.
- Follow-up inbound leads in a timely manner.
- Identify any potential opportunities for business development
- Making appointments for the head of sales to convert to customers
- Acquire brand new customers to increase customer base
- Establish and maintain a strong pipeline of potential opportunities using the in-house CRM.
REQUIREMENTS
- Successful track record in a sales environment with at least 2 years’ outbound sales experience is essential.
- A ‘cold-calling’ hunter with a strong desire to nurture and close well.
- Excellent business development and customer service skills.
- You will be target driven, self-motivated and disciplined to follow up on all leads and work with minimal supervision.
- Resilient and able to deal with rejection.
