Job Title – Internal Account Manager
Location - Manchester
Hours - 8am - 5pm (Mon - Fri)
Salary – Very Competitive Basic + Quarterly bonus
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Internal Account Manager to work for a national company that supply equipment and services into the construction industry. This is an internal role where you will work to increase company revenues and profits through the development of existing customer accounts.
The main parts of the role include:
- Working to agreed targets by making proactive outbound calls.
- Working closely with branches and sales managers to help development.
- Development of strong relationships with customers.
- Relationship management
- Identify target account opportunities for field sales team
- Successful track record in internal sales / account management.
- Be naturally proactive and positive.
- Excellent relationship development and customer service skills.
- You will be target driven, self-motivated, and disciplined to follow up on all leads and work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent negotiation and organisation skills
