Field Service Engineer - Generators

Company – National Supplier of Power Generation Equipment
Job Title – Field Service Engineer
Location – Midlands
Salary – £32,000 + company van + overtime (£10K minimum)

We have and exciting opportunity for an Engineer to work for a national company that supply generators and services into the construction industry. The client is looking for an experienced, hard-working Engineer to cover the Midlands region. The main parts of the role include:

  • Servicing and maintaining generator
  • Report directly to the Depot Forema
  • Fault finding i.e.Control panel, AC/DC Electrical Systems
  • Mechanical and Electrical repairs
  • Depot / onsite duties
  • Out of hours on call rota
  • Liaising directly with customers
  • Completing relevant paperwork as necessary
  • Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines

REQUIREMENTS

  • NVQ Qualification in plant engineering/ mechanical engineering is desirable.Full UK driver’s license.
