Job Title – Field Service Engineer

Location – South London/Southern Home Counties

Salary – £30,000 + overtime + company van (OTE £40K+)

We have and exciting opportunity for an Engineer to work for a national company that supply generators and services into the construction industry. The client is looking for an experienced, hard-working Engineer to cover the South East region. The main parts of the role include:

• Report directly to the Depot Foreman
• Servicing and maintaining generators
• Fault finding i.e. Control panel, AC/DC Electrical Systems
• Mechanical and Electrical repairs
• Depot/onsite duties
• Out of hours on call rota
• Liaising directly with customers
• Completing relevant paperwork as necessary
• Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with generators is essential.
• NVQ Qualification in plant engineering/ mechanical engineering is desirable.
• Full UK driver’s license.
