Job Title – Area Sales Manager

Location – West Midlands and Staffordshire

Salary – £32k - £36k per annum + bonus (OTE £50k+)

Package – Car + Pension + Benefits

The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join the sales team of a very established company with a very good reputation within the construction equipment rental industry. They supply equipment & services to the construction industry. The main parts of the role include supporting and driving growth by actively promoting all divisional products and services to a portfolio of existing and new clients across West Midlands and Staffordshire.

Other duties include:

• Working closely with other departments to ensure customer demands are met to a high standard.
• This is a client focused position, and you will work in a professional manner whilst adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
• Achieve budgeted levels of revenue in a profitable and professional manner, while rigorously adopting company policies and procedures
• To implement a territory sales strategy which focuses on increased customer penetration.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Experience within the construction industry is essential.
• Understanding of technical drawings would also be beneficial.
• Proven sales results and a strong motivation to develop their career.
• Full driving license.
• Full product training will be given as well as continuous support.
