What will you be doing?
Youll be working alongside the Head of Supply Chain and other key internal stakeholders to help deliver business critical supply chain related projects - these could range from new product introductions to cost reduction projects, new system implementations to logistics and inventory projects, and anything in between! This will include devising project plans, including essential time lines and deadlines, and keeping everything running smoothly and on track. Day to day activities (along side project delivery) will include things such as setting up new products with suppliers (agreeing minimum order quantities and lead times), setting up the products in the MRP system (SAP), placing purchase orders and getting involved in cost negotiations/tender exercises.
