IT Business Analyst

Permanent - £60K - Hybrid - London / Chelmsford

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
◼ Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data to inform Product roadmap and prioritisation
◼ Lead and undertake formal analysis and validation of requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing systems
◼ Support Product Manager to chair user community to encourage feedback, share best practices and improve adoption
◼ Lead scrum ceremonies in the absence of Product Owner or Scrum Master
◼ Work with QA team to develop robust test plans and manage UAT testing and feature acceptance
◼ Research possible software or process solutions to support business strategy and user objectives
◼ Identify opportunities for improvement within processes by developing business analyses, quantifying benefits and costs as appropriate and prioritising for review
◼ Perform reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
◼ Keep current about capabilities of adopted, in-house and competitor systems
◼ Assist or partner with the firm's project team as necessary to ensure associated change activity aligns with Product Vision and Roadmap
◼ Participate in the firm's Change Board as necessary

◼ Maintain the high standard of service offered to the Firm's internal clients and to assist in creating and developing the professional reputation of the department
