Group Management Accountant - SW London - Up to £70k

An amazing opportunity for an experienced group management accountant to join this expanding manufacturing company. They have global offices and a plan to grow substantially over the coming years.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly and quarterly group management accounts for 5 group companies (Incl UK, US, Australia).
• Responsible for all budgeting and forecasting activities, including the analysis of financial data and the identification of trends and variances.
• Conducting cost accounting analysis to identify cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare quarterly group VAT returns.
• Improve and manage MI reporting.
• Maintain the fixed assets registers, prepayments, accruals, intercompany and post journals.
• Review and approve weekly and monthly payment runs to be processed by accounts payable - multiple currencies across multiple subsidiaries.
• Support the accounts payable and the finance assistant with any queries and further develop their experience as necessary.
• Identify any problems and provide solutions, and work cross-functionality to improve the efficiency of processes.

Experience:

• 5 Years experience working as a group management accountant.
• Qualified - CIMA/ACCA/ACA.
• Previous experience improving MI reporting and cost accounting.
