Accountant - Media / Creative Industry - Up to £70k

Are you a practice trained qualified accountant who loves working with companies within media / creative industries.

We are looking for a qualified accountant who is used to working with a diverse portfolio of SME clients ideally in the creative sectors.

Within this role you will be managing / developing a team whilst also managing your own portfolio of clients.

Role

• Manage own portfolio of SMEs and sole traders, preparing statutory accounts for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships.
• Manage and support a team with a client portfolio consisting of SME and entrepreneurial businesses in the creative sectors
• Managing and training junior staff
• Review of Bookkeeping in Xero
• Review of VAT returns and corporation tax computation
• Tax advice to company directors
• Drafting personal tax returns for sole trader and company directors

Experience

• 3 years experience within practice managing a diverse portfolio.
• Outwardly facing with regards to clients - Creative industry experience ideal
