Hr Advisor
HR Advisor - London - Up to £50k
A dynamic and entrepreneurial supply chain, pricing and financing services company are looking for an experienced HR Advisor.
This is a great opportunity for a HR professional to join o busy London based HR team during a time of exciting expansion and growth. This role will be focused on recruiting top talent for their London office.
Role:
- Responsible for the design, implementation, and management of company recruitment campaigns.
- Be the main point of contact for the management regarding recruitment needs.
- To provide support, coaching and training to Line Managers in Recruitment and Selection.
- Develop and manage the relationships with external recruitment agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with managers in all offices and support them when required.
- Contribute to HR projects and companywide events managing positive relationships with the business and ensuring the reputation and regard for HR is strong with all stakeholders.
- Management of Cezanne HR Recruitment system.
- Extract regular and timely monthly analytical reports from the HR system for the management team and other ad hoc analytic reports to support the HR agenda.
- Proactively support the compensation and rewards advisor with the annual benchmarking exercise for salary review.
- Conduct exit interviews and feedback to Head of HR.
- Ensure HR processes are compliant with employment law, such as employee right to work checks.
- Promote and organise employee health and wellbeing initiatives.
- Liaise with our corporate charities to identify ways to promote them and engage our employees.
- To assist with disciplinary/grievance and HR issues.
- To support employees with visa applications.
- Maintain accurate employee records on Cezanne HR and internal personnel files.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation.
Experience required:
- Strong HR generalist experience with experience of adopting a strategic view.
- Previously responsible for management of company recruitment campaigns from design to rollout.
- Sufficiently developed analytical skills with the ability to analyse a variety of data, determine validity, draw conclusions, and make recommendations in a clear, concise, and easily understandable manner.
- CIPD or equivalent qualification.
