Accounts Assistant - South West London - Up to £32k

A great opportunity exists for a junior accounts assistant to join an expanding organisation in south west London.

This is a great opportunity to train and develop within a small accounts department where you will be supporting a management accountant and the head of finance.

• General accounting support to the management accountant including accounts payable, bank recs and accounts receivable
• Processing expense forms
• Assisting with the financial statements and year end audit process
• Companies house filings
• Assist with corporation and partnership tax matters where required.
• Provide the management accountant with additional support for month end and quarterly reporting, including reporting to the regulator.
• Liaising with third party's responsible for the property funds including accountants and trustees.
• Collating financial information from third parties for review including AUM.
• Assist with the preparation of quarterly reporting for board and investors.
• Instructing and overseeing payments through our administrator.

Experience required:

• Experience in a similar accounting role
• Experience working Independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, passionate, and highly organised.
