Credit Controller - Surbiton - Up to £27k

A dynamic and energetic fast-growing company dedicated to breathing new life into mobile technology are looking for a credit controller.

Role

• Ensure all debts are collected in line with the agreed credit terms and to ensure that business objectives are met efficiently and
• Responsible for smooth running of the sales order process
• Maintenance of the HSBC finance function for financed customers and ensure the timely collection of all financed
• Ensure daily reports are run, checked and
• Review bank statements daily, posting and allocating payment received from financed
• Ensure any payments for finance customers that are not paid into HSBC finance account are transferred/paid into the correct
• Referral of customers to HSBCF with debt 60 days overdue
• Ensure all payments are received prior to dispatch of Liaising with customers and the sales team through emails and telephone conversations.
• Processing all sales orders that have been generated and carry out the necessary checks to ensure the order is (Delivery, surcharges, charity, VAT codes)
• Create and issue stock return request documentation to

Experience required:

• Experience within a lively accounts receivable environment
• Credit control experience or similar
• Good Excel and data inputting skills
• Ability to build relationships with customers and sales
