Accounts Assistant - Up to £25k - Study Support provided

An exceptional company in Esher are looking for a Trainee Accounts Assistant with 6-12 months experience.

This is a great role for someone looking to pursue a career in finance as the company will help with study support.

Joining a team of 5 your main responsibilities will be:

  • Raising and sending client invoices
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Providing proof of payment upon request
  • Responding to supplier invoice queries
  • Credit Control for owned clients
  • Payment run cover - multi currency - BACS
  • Email inbox maintenance
  • Daily cash receipting
  • Inter account transfers
  • Scanning and filing
  • Bank reconciliations

Experience required:

  • 6 months plus accounts experience or degree in a finance related course
  • Intermediate computer skills (Outlook Email, Word and Excel, V-Lookups, Pivot tables)
  • Organised, reliable and highly accurate with numbers
