We are actively searching for two highly skilled Infrastructure Engineers (Hybrid) with expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking, Cloud Fundamentals, and Cybersecurity. Their hub is buzzing with exciting project work, new customer onboarding, and the design and delivery of innovative technology solutions, making it a hive of activity! Consequently, we require two 3rd-line Infrastructure Engineers who can handle both service desk responsibilities at 'the final escalation point and fieldwork. This role offers a unique blend of both experiences. Additionally, we are seeking individuals interested in future opportunities for management and team leadership roles in the short to medium term.

Are you the ideal candidate?

From a technical perspective, we are seeking versatile professionals who possess a strong customer-facing skill set, deep server-side expertise, familiarity with Azure/O365, and experience migrating technology from on-premises to the cloud—either in theory or practice.

they will provide extensive support and technical training, enabling you to pursue Microsoft and cybersecurity certifications.

You will also work alongside an exceptional team of like-minded individuals, all dedicated to personal and professional growth. However, we do expect a solid level of experience, as guide, salary levels will range from £35,000 to £50,000.

Notably, their teams are organised into 'PODS' rather than following the traditional 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support structure. Each customer pod consists of specialised engineers focusing on cybersecurity, cloud, or networking. Right off the bat, we need experienced engineers. If you’re resetting passwords and adding users, taking and escalating calls, following scripts and moving things to other teams then you’re probably not quite ready.

We need engineers that are used to systems administrator levels of access. Technical troubleshooters at 2nd / 3rd line levels, a good broad understanding of desktop os / serverside active directory administration, M365 and an understanding of networking, patching and routing.

Using a combination of Microsoft Intune, with a state-of-the-art professional services platform (PSA), and a unified remote monitoring tool (RMM), alongside a dream document management system, this organisation is the epitome of efficiency and automation, which means their engineers are left to deal with issues quickly but it also provides time to build out on-prem to cloud technology solutions that enhance their client's businesses.
