This position is super diverse and includesrecruitment, account management, marketing, and customer service, with the added element of project coordination and administration.

The Role

In this role, you will consistently engage a blend of skills as you orchestrate various activities and task simultaneously. The ability to manage multiple tasks cohesively will be essential, making this role particularly suited for those who thrive in fast-paced environments. Furthermore, our comprehensive onboarding, training, and support program spanning six months will ensure your seamless integration and success.

Operational Overview

Your responsibilities will involve the facilitation of slick recruitment projects, utilising online research tools, social media platforms, including LinkedIn, and employing other recruitment strategies and marketing methodologies. You will interact with stakeholders and clients within the engineering and technology sectors, ensuring that projects are executed promptly and yield the desired outcomes.

Your Professional Growth

As you embark on your journey with us, you will initially work closely with your team leader to develop an understanding of the project dynamics and adhere to established frameworks. With time, you will transition to independently managing client projects, potentially progressing to guiding and mentoring others. This trajectory may culminate in the formation of your own project delivery team.

Qualifications and Traits

Candidates who possess a background in customer service, sales, recruitment, marketing, or account management are strongly encouraged to apply. Effective communication, meticulous attention to detail, proven organisational acumen, prior interaction with external clients, a keen interest in technology or engineering, adeptness with technology and social media platforms, exemplary written communication skills, and a resilient and positive disposition are prerequisites for this role. Compensation and Salary

The starting salary for this position is £31,000. This package comprises a £25,000 basic salary coupled with a team-based target of £6,000. Worth noting is the fact that our team has consistently met or exceeded this target over the past 36 months.
