The role:
As a Software Developer at Finch, youll be at the forefront of transforming the prop-tech landscape. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceive, create, and optimize back-end solutions that push the boundaries of innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Software Alchemy: Craft, construct, and continually refine robust and scalable back-end solutions using the .NET framework, ensuring unrivalled performance and reliability.
2. Data Maestro: Architect and fine-tune database schemas, queries, and stored procedures to facilitate the efficient storage and retrieval of property-related data.
3. Integration Virtuoso: Harmonize seamlessly with front-end developers and third-party APIs, ensuring the fluid integration of back-end services into our web and mobile applications.
4. Code Guardian: Uphold coding standards and best practices to nurture code quality, readability, and reusability.
5. Performance Maestro: Identify and vanquish performance bottlenecks, ensuring our applications remain responsive and highly efficient.

Experience required
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven expertise as a Back-End .NET Developer, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior role.
- Proficiency in .NET Core and C# programming languages.
- Strong prowess in database design and management (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular) is a bonus.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is a bonus.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a fervent commitment to staying abreast of industry trends.
