Job Title: Sales Development Representative - Healthcare Public Sector

Salary: £25,000-£30,000 (Base) £10,000-£15,000 (OTE)
We are excited to be partnering with an award-winning and innovative software tools/SaaS provider in the healthcare public sector who are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dynamic sales team.
As the SDR, you will play a pivotal role in targeting clients across various verticals who have expressed interest in the company's offerings through marketing leads, web leads, events, and other means or using Cold calling or other new business generation. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively engage with potential clients through digital outreach and phone-based activities.
The ideal candidate will be an articulate and experienced SDR/Internal Sales professional with a proven track record of success in outbound sales environments. Exposure to selling software would be advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. More importantly, we are looking for someone with a genuine desire to succeed and thrive in a fast-paced environment where they can develop their career based on results, with a growing company that values internal promotion.
In return, our client is offering a very attractive package, including a base salary of between £25,000-£30,000 (depending on experience), a pension plan, health benefits, and uncapped OTE of £10,000-£12,000 with an accelerator once you surpass your target. They also operate a hybrid working environment, with the sales development and AE team in the office twice a week.
