Inside Sales Executive/Junior Account Manager
Salary of £25,000 to £28,000 basic, 45k OTE plus a guaranteed commission

My Client is a highly successful and dynamic IT services company based in Abingdon so commutable from Oxford, Reading, Bicester or further as 2 days office based , is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive/Junior Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and driving growth within the existing customer base and channel partners. This will involve making outbound sales calls, managing inbound leads and referrals, and building solid relationships with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, whether in inside sales, account management, or another related field. You should be highly motivated, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers and prospects. We are looking for someone who is results-driven and can work independently but also thrives in a team environment.

My client offers a competitive salary of £25,000 to £28,000 basic, plus a guaranteed commission of £10,000 for the first three months, hybrid working 2-3 days office.
