We are working with a highly successful SaaS Software business based in Rural Northampton who are going through a rapid expansion.
As part of this expansion, we are now seeking a Customer Support & Customer Onboarding executive to join their team. This is a varied role that will see you dealing with existing and new customers of their application, ensuring they are both maximising the usage of the software but also helping with their onboarding any problems they may have
Ideally you will have a background in Customer Service or support, coupled with a passion for technology. You will have excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships with people, as you'll be taking enquiries or support issues over online chat, email and by phone.
You will also be answering questions regarding App features and functions as well as dealing with initial support requests, so some basic tech knowledge, or a desire to learn the product features quickly, will be beneficial.
In terms of experience, this is less important than enthusiasm, passion for developing a career in tech along with a natural empathy and inclination to deliver first class customer service.
Experience in a Customer Service (With maybe a degree or qualification in computing or computer science) or Application Support type role, would be beneficial.
