We want you to be a key player in my Rapidly expanding Software client, revolutionizing the way the company manages relationships with its existing and potential customers, as well as the internal processes.

This position is remote; however, you may need to go into one of my client's offices from time to time, such as Bedfordshire or Dorset; this thriving organization is on the lookout for top-notch CRM business analysts to contribute to our continued growth and success.
Ensure my client's CRM is up-to-date and clean, championing best practices and resolving issues as needed.
Investigating reported defects in my Clients' bespoke CRM, employing data correction, technical, or development planning for resolution.
Collaborating with business stakeholders to analyze current processes, creating technical specifications and business requirements for implementation.
Overseeing the development and implementation of new technology and versions, including running workshops and training sessions.
Contributing to the design of new processes and practices, ensuring GDPR compliance.
As CRM Business Analyst, You'll Bring:
An analytical mind, adept at synthesizing requirements and designing effective solutions.
Ability to foresee the implications of potential data structures for efficient business performance.
Strong working knowledge of SQL and API functionality.
Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, capable of proving what works and what doesn't.
The ability to analyze and predict market trends.
Proficiency in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Confluence, and Jira.
