Pricing and Contracts Administrator

Pricing and Contracts Administrator role within the Sales and Operations Planning function, a varied department of skills offering further career development opportunities. It is a vibrant and lively atmosphere with a great Team dynamic with close relationships in the office, other sites in UK and overseas. With a need to build strong working relationships with clients and customers. Your role will involve working with Sales, Operations Planning, Pricing and Contracts negotiation

The department works across all regions of UK, Europe the Middle East, Asia and Africa (EMEAA) and your input will be cover;

Pricing and Contracts

The Pricing and Contracts Administrator is responsible for generating contracts & NDAs from templated agreements by populating with relevant Customer data and commercial terms for the EMEAA-APAC region, and tracking the process of these documents throughout their lifecycle. Once a contract is signed, you are responsible for implementing contractually agreed information into the system.

Tableau – Data visualization system

Within the business we use Tableau which is a data visualization tool. To ensure data is robust and up to date.

Capacity planning at a site and regional level

Within the business we need to carefully balance the capacity within our facilities and the demand from our Customers which have access to them. So detailed planning is imperative for this role,

Key Attributes – Pricing and Contracts Administrator

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, accountable and are proficient multitaskers. Working across a large region, you will need to be able to adapt to working with a range of teams, and on a range of projects in a timely manner, and be able to organise your time appropriately. Whilst the role largely involves working with internal Customers – our sales organisation, there may be occasion where you work with Customers directly, so clear effective communication is key. Persons with previous Administration experience will find this a challenging and rewarding role in a progressive company that will offer you career opportunities and development. We are also able to offer shorter hours for childcare if this helps in you making appliaction!!!
