- Project lifecyle experience from conceptual design through to handover and close-out
- Has an excellent resume of projects delivered on time and within budget
- Ability to build multiple teams to support with the successful project delivery
- Experience with a variety of projects including greenfield, brownfield, retrofit, vivarium, expansion and upgrades
- Ability to impact with significant cost saving in a variety of areas such as reliability analysis, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing and robust budgeting
