SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR - HOUSE BUILDER - MILTON KEYNES
An award-winning, privately-owned house builder who are based in the heart of Buckinghamshire are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to look after a series of traditional build developments.
Priding themselves on their attention to detail and luxury finish, this Senior Quantity Surveyor will be stepping into a business that focus on quality, not quantity.
The sites the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for would be a 66-unit development in Cambridge and a 40-unit development in Bedfordshire.
Sites are due to start early next year, with all procurement still left to be done.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will need to come from a house builder where they can demonstrate a career in house building, showing longevity at these previous companies.
