Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor that is experienced in house building?
A dynamic and established housing developer, who specialise in successfully delivering residential mixed-use schemes in London and Homes Counties are looking for a strong commercially minded Senior Quantity Surveyor to add to their highly experienced team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be looking after a project in Bracknell which consists of 300+ unit RC frame development with a build value of £120m.
With projects across West London and the Thames Valley area for future and additional work/responsibility, this developer is considered to be one of the top in the country in delivering high-spec/quality homes.
If you are a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a creditable track record of delivering large scale residential projects, this may be great position to step into.
The position will be based in their offices near Harrow and will require site visits as and when needed. Remote working will be permitted from time to time.

A minimum of 7 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying is required for this position – preferably for a main contractor or developer working on similar large residential schemes.
