Senior Quantity Surveyor – Housing Contractor – Tottenham

This highly respected, award-winning housing contractor across London and the South East are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them in their continuous growth across their Special Projects division in London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be reporting into a Managing Quantity Surveyor and be responsible for a 970-unit JV scheme in Tottenham with a total build value of £280m. The scheme consists of low to mid rise houses and flats.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have experience of working within the Construction industry for a residential Developer/Main Contractor.

• Must have proven experience remeasuring groundworks
• Must have had experience dealing with the client on Main Contracting schemes
• RC frame and traditional build experience

• BSc Quantity Surveying or construction related degree
