Quantity Surveyor - Principal Contractor - South London/Brent
Are you a Quantity Surveyor that wants to join a well-established Principal Contractor?
I am working with a medium sized principal contractor in South London who are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor.
With a turnover of around £50m, the Quantity Surveyor will be stepping into an organisation with a wide array of projects across a number of sectors.
The requirement will be to help deliver a new build residential scheme in Brent with a build value of £16m.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be offered good autonomy around this project.
As the Quantity Surveyor, you would be working across a variety of sectors that include residential, regeneration, healthcare, affordable housing, and cladding/facades.
