The role will suit a results driven individual with excellent communication skills, strong resilience and willingness to learn, while also having high energy and an ability to work effectively in a fast paced and demanding environment.
Responsibilities ?
● Identifying potential clients who would benefit from using the platform
● Booking meetings with potential clients and the Sales Exec’s to understand their businesses and how tech could fit into their tech stack
● Effectively managing any objections a potential client may have
● Keeping well informed of other competing products in the market
● Chasing and following up on leads
● Liaising with the marketing team on generation of new leads
Essential experience and skills ✅
● Confident and engaging communication style
● Ability to quickly build rapport
● 1- 2 years agency recruitment experience (360 or business development side) or B2B sales experience
● A proven track record that demonstrates strong sales, persuasion and negotiation skills
● Very strong resilience and ability to self-motivate
● Excellent organisational skills
● Willingness to travel to see clients nationally and, on occasion, internationally
● Good prioritisation skills and diligence in getting tasks completed to a high standard
● Proactive approach to learning and development ability to take feedback positively
Nice to have experience and skills ?
● Previous experience of using tech within a recruitment role
● Degree 2:1 or above
● Strong boolean and search knowledge
● Strong technical skills and ability to pick up new technology quickly
