Never burn your bridges
Pretty much every job move right now brings a boost in salary.
Hiring teams have targets & they want people in the door yesterday.
I can see why hot talent could be tempted to jump ship early to secure that extra coin.
Many are doing it.
But do it the right way ?
Just because you're moving to a new company doesn't mean you can't respect your current employer.
The experience they gave you probably helped you get the new job.
You might need a reference in the future.
The grass might not be greener & you're begging for your job back.
You probably made friends, why lose them?
