PAM Architect/Engineering - Thycotic / CyberARK - Fully Remote with travel as needed Contract & Permanent roles available
My Consultancy client is looking for a PAM Architect to join the business - with experience of either Thycotic or CyberArk. You will be a proven architect and will have worked within a consultancy, and be good at client-facing engagements. You will be responsible for the end to end solution design, including integration with ServiceNow and Sailpoint IAM products aswell as the AWS / Azure cloud environment.
PAM Architecture needs include
- Understand and apply relevant Architecture frameworks and IAM Architecture reference models, policies & standards
- Articulate an integrated Architecture roadmap, considering current state PAM, IGA, Service NOW, AD, and map
- HLD (Covering PAM solution, Service Now, SailPoint, AD, SIEM, MFA, Target endpoints etc)
- LLD (Protocol layer, network/firewall config & definition, desktop access applications and operation (e.g. PuTTY, system specifications and dependencies (input from Thycotic))
- Technical Requirements analysis (may well be included in above)
- Integration specification & testing requirements
- Sizing estimates (storage for recordings)
- Network transport dependencies
- Predict technical deployment challenges - lead solution design application
- Process modelling and workflow design - working with BA
Engineering needs
- Configuration of PAM tool following Thycotic approach (initially lead by Thycotic resource)
- Configuration management/maintenance of PAM tool ongoing
- Build connectors
- Create, update, delete safes/folders
- Configure landing page and schema requirements
- Scripting & automation development
- System troubleshooting and resolution
- Upgrade functionality
- Work with SOC on alerts, violations management and treatment
- Technical awareness/training with key practitioners
- Incident/problem support
- Configure reports
- Manage deployment releases and associated packages
This is a remote role but you would need to have a work visa for the UK as you would be required to travel to UK sites when required by clients. The client is paying between £55,000 - £85,000 dependent on experience for a permanent candidate, and negotiable rates for a contractor
