This candidate is a successful business leader with 30 years of experience across Defence and Consultancy. He has worked across consultancy, programme management, COO and sales leadership. Having a proven background in consulting, the last 10 years have been heavily within cyber security and defence. He is a great problem solver and enjoys both sales leadership and team leadership. He has worked as both a COO in a smaller business and at Partner level. The title isn't important - more the variety and problems to solve. 

His current role includes working as the Cyber Security SME and as Partnership Manager for building a 40+ ecosystem of partners. He ihas built a virtual Cyber Security Academy and helped secure places on a number of public sector frameworks. 

Location is flexible for this candidate - the ideal split would be 2 days travel a week and 3 days at home. He doesn't currently own or manage a team but has done this before. His current focus is solely on sales and business development.
