His current role is providing strategic direction during a business seperation - ensuring that all the tooling, people processes and technology are fit for purpose. 

This candidate's greatest skill is taking the technical aspects of security, regulations and compliance and converting to business language for senior stakeholders. Most of his work is 70% business and 30% technical - recent projects have included DevOps and DevSecOps and scaled Agile.

This candidate is a great man manager - he has developed and built teams from scratch as well as turning inherited teams into high performing teams. He enjoys hiring and developing new talent into the cyber security industry 
 
This candidate has worked across a wide range of sectors including working vendor side. He has worked in both startups and bigger enterprises. The perfect environment would be a new project with a security strategy starting from scratch, but he does also enjoy coming into established teams and bringing up to date the security strategy. 

The candidate is open to onsite and hybrid / remote opportunities with regular travel to site.
