Their TMT practice is part of their wider Commercial Group that advises on a broad range of complex commercial contracts, IP, technology, digital transformation and infrastructure licensing matters and also data protection and privacy laws and cybersecurity.

The TMT team is a close-knit and dedicated team with a powerful global network that works on complex and groundbreaking telecommunications, media and technology transactions and cases.
About the role
The firm is looking to recruit an experienced commercial lawyer to join them. You will work on many of the largest and most high-profile telecommunications, media and technology transactions and cases. The work is varied and the team advises on complex commercial, regulatory and IP matters, advising on both stand-alone projects as well as corporate transactions and cybersecurity advice.
