The team works on complex high value and often high profile a wide range of disputes including banking, contractual, shareholder and joint venture disputes, claims for breach of directors’ duties, fraud and insolvency and large-scale English High Court litigation and arbitration, foreign court litigation, arbitration, investigatory, and enforcement work,

The successful candidate will join permanently a global team that operates at the pinnacle of the industry and will work on a broad range of cutting edge disputes for clients including corporates, banks, private equity funds, and sovereigns and other clients of the Firm.
