The Construction- Non-Contentious cross-disciplinary team is top tier 2 ranked according to legal directories and handles substantial development finance and project finance deals. The team advises on the whole range of construction, engineering and procurement issues across a broad range of sectors such as retail and town centre regeneration, office, leisure, residential, hotel, education, mining, waste and energy, highlighting their expertise in social infrastructure including residential development and student accommodation and domestic and international construction projects including hotel and energy projects.
About the Role
We are looking for a Construction lawyer (2 - 5 PQE) to join a busy team to work on a variety of construction matters. The work will focus predominantly on advising high-profile clients on a wide range of non-contentious matters. You will handle your own cases (with the appropriate supervision on complex matters.
