We are currently seeking a Construction Design Manager, to join our client, a leading, bespoke, Developer based in West Sussex.

This is a permanent, Full Time position, you will need to have a background in Construction Design/Drawing Management, and leading a technical team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Specifications for Design and Build
• Building Regualation Applications
• Review Planning applications
• Development / New Housing Designs
• Multiple Project design management
• Manage inhouse and external teams
• Provide technical input and teachings to teams
• Review all technical drawings, managing quality and accuracy
• Prepartion of all desings prior to sign off

Requirements

• Proven Management experience
• Background in Construction Design/Drawing
• Structural/Architectural Experience
