We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our clients Field Engineering team based out of Birmingham.
The Field Engineers will be maintaining Electrical, Electronic and Networked products throughout the Midlands.
Responsibilities

• Ensuring that the contracts are run to specification, carried out efficiently, safely and are profitable.
• Build and Maintain relationships with customers and third parties
• Resolve any issues in a timely, efficient manner.
• Responsible for the supervision and development of Staff
• Performance reviews and identifying knowledge gaps
• Adhere to current legislation, policies, and guidelines with regards to QHSSE.

Requirements

• Experience managing maintenance teams
• Experience Manging teams in the field, carrying out Electrical and Electronic maintenance
• IT literacy with competency in Microsoft Office software
• Full Driving licence
