Brio Digital is working in Partnership with a critical government department that requires a Business Analyst (associate, contractor) to support policy and website content changes.

Broadly we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who has experience in desk-based exercises based on existing artefacts and content. You will be able to analyse content that’s already there, scope out what needs to change by comparing to what's relevant in the current world with insight from subject matter experts. The Business Analyst will propose and agree on content changes and deliver a combination of documents and website content.

Business Analyst Key skills;

• Good oral and writing communication skills

• Good interpersonal skills / consultative skills, to extract information from documents and people

• Detail-oriented

• Will need to be self-starting to drive at a time-bound delivery

• Technical BA experience would be helpful

• Some experience of policy and standards helpful

• Solid documentation/policy writing skills in plain English helpful

• Agile driven, show and tells will be helpful to cut review cycles down
