Job Title: Resident Services Associate
Hours: Full time
We are proud to be working with an exciting new development in the Woking area, who are looking for a highly personable and professional Resident Services Associate with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service to join them on a permanent basis. This role is the first point of contact for all residents and visitors, playing a pivotal role in the guest and resident experience and creating the ‘community identity’ and maintaining the company brand.
To be considered for this role, you will have experience in a guest relations, concierge or building services style role, with strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to deliver consistent, personal service to visitors and residents alike. You must be able to prioritise quickly, as this is a fast moving and highly reactive role, working to effectively deal with queries and complaints in a courteous and polite manner. Queries can range from anything regarding tenancy agreements to facilities issues that will need to be quickly resolved.
You must be computer literate and able to use the Microsoft suite including Excel, Outlook and Word. Holding an SIA license will be a distinct advantage.
