Job title: Instructional Designer
Location: Wimbledon
Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (permanent, full time)

Do you want to work within a company’s global Learning and Development team, working with SMEs around the business to create engaging, effective and measurable digital content for our customers and staff?

In this pivotal role, you will be:

• Designing and delivering creative and innovative digital learning material in line with the content plan
• Working with SMEs across the global business deliver accurate content based on ‘best practice’
• Gaining a basic working knowledge of the software and maintaining it on an ongoing basis
• Assessing customers training needs and creating learning solutions, as required
• An ambassador for the business, ensuring that we continue to be seen in a positive light within our ever-expanding global marketplace
