Travel Advisor (Customer Service)
My client is looking for Travel Advisors (Customer service) to join their growing team. The travel industry is experiencing a surge in bookings after the year we've all had.
This role is working in a busy contact centre helping customers with their pre-holiday enquiries and processing any customer-driven changes to existing bookings via telephone and instant messaging.
Ideally, you will have the following:
- Experience working in the travel industry or a high volume contact centre
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
- Ability to achieve KPIs
- Ability to resolve customer issues in an empathetic and professional manner
- Rapport building skills
- Time management and ability to prioritise tasks
- Multi-tasking ability
The main responsibilities include:
- ?Identifying customer needs through effective questioning, then selecting appropriate products to match their requirements or solve their queries
- Increase customer loyalty through effective and professional communication, great customer service and delivering consistent communication
- Process customer amendments and requests to their upcoming bookings
- Taking enquiries via a range of contact channels (Including telephone, instant messaging, email and social media)
- Take ownership and effectively deal with customer queries
In retuen, you will be offered:
- ?Salary of £20,000
- 37.5 hours a week on rotation over 7 days
- Opening hours are Monday - Friday 08:00-18:00, Saturday and Sunday 09:00-17:00
- Hybrid working - 1 day in the office in ?Manchester and the rest of the time working from home
- Pension
